Endfield Industries is the corporate successor to the original Rhodes Island organization from Arknights mainline, refitted for a different problem: Talos II is a habitable but hostile world, and someone has to make it work. The company arrives with engineering, logistics, security forces and the institutional muscle to turn a frontier colony into a functioning civilization.
Whether they bring order or occupation depends on who you ask. The Industries' polished corporate image and gold-trimmed uniforms hide internal politics, departmental rivalries and a workforce mix of veteran Rhodes operators, native Talos II residents, and freshly-recruited frontier specialists. They control the megastructures, the energy infrastructure, the major banner gacha lines — and they are also the entity that will define the early-game economy when the servers open.
The faction's Director-Class operators handle field command. The Strategy Officer branch handles tactics. The Research & Development division builds the bespoke weapons and modules. Most launch-window 6★ operators belong here — including Perlica, the Strategy Officer at the center of the launch roster, and Chen Qianyu, the Director-Class lance-wielder fronting the early story arcs.
